Our stay at this hotel was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Located at the foot of the mountain, it offers a peaceful, natural ambiance that's perfect for unwinding. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and escape from everyday stress. The staff were excellent—always approachable and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway. We look forward to returning!

The room price/performance ratio is OK. It should have been renovated more than ten years ago, but it is well maintained, the room is spacious and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the room is clean. In the past, it should have been dedicated to receiving Hong Kong visitors. The hotel is located at the entrance of a hiking trail, making hiking very convenient. The buildings and garden landscapes built on the mountainside also have some unique features. The staff service is impeccable. Breakfast only includes Chinese porridge, soy milk and pre-made buns. It is recommended to add a freshly ground coffee machine.

Disadvantages: The room facilities are relatively old. Advantages: Close to the west gate of Xiqiao Mountain, the hotel is surrounded by green trees.

Worth visiting again

It is close to the west gate of Xiqiao Mountain. Locals go up the mountain from here, but the stone steps from the west gate to Xiqiao Mountain are difficult to climb. The hotel is also very close to Tingyin Lake, just across the road, and it is very nice to take a walk at night. The location is perfect. The first room smelled of smoke and was immediately changed for us. The green plants around were very comfortable, and I woke up to the birds singing. The only drawback is that the bricks in the corridor of the hotel are indeed old-style, damp and slippery.

The mattress is too soft and the hygiene level is OK The room price is not cheap, it is a relatively old-style hotel. The attitude of the front desk and cleaning staff is okay I would like to give a thumbs up to the Fudu Restaurant next to the hotel for its delicious food and fresh vegetables.

Environment: It's an old hotel, so you can expect the facilities to be old, but after staying for one night, I didn't want to stay for a second night. It smelled a little damp and wasn't bright enough. Hygiene: Not good. There were large pieces of dust mixed in the towels, which was scary. Facilities: The faucet in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted, and the water basically wet the floor through the door. The location is good. It's just a two-step walk to the west gate. I read in the comments that there is a small door that can go directly to Xiqiao Mountain, but the waiter said it was closed. The external environment of the hotel is also good. Maybe I've stayed in too many modern hotels, so I'm a little unaccustomed to this.

After 30 years, I came back to the old place and felt it was a bit old. The hotel as a whole still maintains the heritage of a southern garden villa, and the garden view corridor restaurant and its ancillary facilities are very impressive. We should take advantage of the climate difference to attract migratory birds from the north to spend the winter here. There should be a discount for going to Xiqiao Mountain with a hotel card.

An old-style hotel, located on the edge of Xiqiao Mountain, built on the mountain, the hotel has fresh air and high negative ion content! However, at night, I called the front desk in the room and asked them to bring a few pairs of slippers. They promised to do so, but no one brought them the next day; in the morning, the phone in the room did not respond. I wanted to call the front desk, but I couldn't get through; the shower gel in the bathroom, I don't know if it has been there for too long or has dried up, I saw a white mass in the middle, is it moldy or some disgusting stuff left by the previous guest? ?
