On this day it was cold and the room was not working well air conditioning, which should give warm air. Given that it is a budget option, so I put such a rating, also the location was important to me. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs. Also can hear the neighbours. The room had a kettle and supplies but no tea bags 😑
