We arrived at 3:00 AM and the staff at the reception was not friendly at all, especially considering how tired we were. When he found out that we booked through Trip.com, he immediately said he would increase the price after our current booking ends. I think this is very inappropriate to say when welcoming guests.
In addition, the room on the 5th floor was not clean and clearly needs maintenance. The third bed was very uncomfortable, and I even have back pain because of it.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

The hotel is at the center of the furniture District and very easy to locate. I stayed at the room without window and I enjoyed it cos I slept well thinking it was still night time.
The hotel staff understand little English but they have and interpretation device

The location is perfect to visit the market, it has a delicious restaurant on 4th floor. They don’t speak English but they help you with everything with the translator, the bed is really comfortable

3 beds room which one of the mattress too hard and cannot be changing. King size bed and standard rooms are far more better. Not really recommend to person who cannot take hard mattress.
Location is super for furniture hunting. The Arabian food restaurant are 5 times expenses than outside never expected. Ground due to typhoon so nothings to eat and try up.
