Sheraton Shunde Hotel

My first time staying at this Sheraton, and while it's not brand new, it offers great value for money. The room had a small balcony, and the location is excellent! From the hotel, a taxi to Fengjian Water Town was about 46 RMB (a bit far), to Fisherman's Wharf was about 17 RMB, and it took only 9 minutes to get to Daliang Shunde Fisherman's Village for dim sum... As a stopover and resupply point, it's more than sufficient. Big shout-out to Gavin Zhao Peilin at the front desk! He was incredibly helpful with his detailed recommendations; clearly, he's a local who knows all the best places to eat and drink.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The newly renovated rooms are a delightful surprise. The doormen provide excellent service, and Manager Lai at the front desk is incredibly efficient with check-ins – super fast!

Choosing Sheraton is a great option when visiting Shunde. They offer a wide variety of room types, including river view rooms. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making the check-in process very efficient. The biggest highlight is its proximity to Feng Yuan Private Kitchen, making it super convenient if you want to try local specialties like 'amzai crab' or Shunde private dishes – it's right on your doorstep. The rooms are clean and comfortable with complete amenities, and parking is easy for those driving. For foodies, staying here saves a lot of travel time, definitely recommended.

Sheraton Foshan | Riverside Room Gets Full Marks! Service Even Better! As expected from a well-established hotel, the service was excellent – they catered to every request. I never imagined Foshan had such a hidden gem of a riverside hotel! 💯 Service: Attentive to every need From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Since it was my birthday, I had a few special requests, and the staff remembered them all and executed them perfectly. 🎂 Birthday perks: For my dad's birthday, they arranged a room with a balcony. The room decoration was very thoughtful, and they even kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which wasn't originally included – truly heartfelt generosity. 🌃 Room: The riverside balcony is an absolute winner My favorite part was definitely the balcony! It offers unparalleled views directly overlooking the river. During the day, you can watch the shimmering waves, and at night, the twinkling city lights. Sitting on the balcony and feeling the breeze was incredibly therapeutic. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten something, and they kindly arranged for it to be couriered to my home. Kitty and Ms. Wu – truly memorable service! I chose this hotel after seeing positive reviews, and although I initially planned to stay just one night and try another place, the service was so exceptional that I extended my stay for another night! The service, views, and attention to detail were all top-notch. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading our room! We got a beautiful river view and a small balcony, which was perfect for drying clothes. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with sleep. Parking at the hotel was also very convenient, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a truly relaxing experience. Our family of three was so pleased that we unanimously decided to extend our stay for another night. My only minor gripe is that the TV wasn't working, just showing static. Hopefully, that can be improved.

The hotel's hygiene and service were both excellent. The surrounding area is very nice, and transportation is convenient. There's a sauna and a bath, but I was too busy to try them. Breakfast was plentiful. Sheratons typically don't have self-service laundry and require dry cleaning, which is a bit inconvenient for business travelers on a tight schedule. Overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring.

The front desk service was excellent. It's quite convenient to go to Desheng to watch a game.

I had a truly satisfying stay, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. Both the facilities and service were top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally professional, truly going above and beyond to accommodate every request. The room was standard but the river view was fantastic. You can confidently choose this hotel for your trip. I stayed here for three days, and Shunde's food goes without saying. Taking a swim when it was hot during the day was very pleasant. The location is a bit south, but it's only about a ten-dollar taxi ride to some of the popular foodie spots in the city. Here are a few small suggestions: 1. I'd suggest installing voice control for the room, or at least a timer for the air conditioning. The hotel's AC is incredibly powerful; the lobby was freezing, and even with the AC on all night in the room, it got a bit chilly. 2. The mattress was a little too soft; it would be better if it were firmer. 3. The touch buttons by the bed weren't very responsive, physical buttons would be better. Especially for opening the curtains, you had to keep pressing and holding. Despite these minor points, it was an excellent stay. Five-star review!

The room was spacious with a lovely river view. The service was excellent; they recommended some great restaurants. The bedding was very comfortable, and the swimming pool was fantastic. A great choice for a vacation!
