Crowne Plaza FOSHAN by IHG

The hotel was very clean and the soundproofing was excellent. I was a bit worried when I found out we were on the 3rd floor facing the street, especially with two kids, fearing they'd be woken up in the middle of the night. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The service was fantastic, really on point. I might have missed the call for our takeout delivery, so after calling the front desk, they immediately brought it up to our room. Before I even had a chance to ask for two extra toothbrushes and slippers, they thoughtfully sent them up, along with milk for the kids. Plus, the room included a buffet breakfast and dinner, which were delicious. The shrimp, in particular, were very fresh. Sometimes at buffets, the shrimp are frozen, but here they were great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The location is fantastic, it's super convenient to walk to Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. The morning tea on the second floor of the hotel is also incredibly delicious!

I always love staying here. My old friend Sibor always gives me a warm welcome, and the morning tea is absolutely delicious.

It was okay. As expected of a Crowne Plaza, the service and facilities were top-notch. I think the laundry room was a new addition, I don't remember it being there before. I thought it was with the gym and kept asking the wellness attendant there. The pool is outdoors, but it has a canopy, so rain probably won't affect swimming. The water doesn't get warm from the sun, but it's relatively clean. Dinner here should be good, the restaurant looks nice and has lots of little bears 🐻. I just didn't have time to enjoy dinner. Maybe next time if I get the chance.

The lobby is impressive, and the front desk service manager was very kind. We arrived a bit late that day, and the pool closed at 9 PM, but she arranged for my husband and child to go swimming on the sixth floor, then slowly explained the rest to me. So thoughtful! The hotel room was also very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. My child didn't want to leave, so we'll definitely be back.

They offered a '50% off self-service' coupon upon check-in, but after the discount, the price was the same as on other booking sites. If you can't offer a real discount, don't bother with these gimmicks.
