This hotel is located in a nice quiet area surrounded by mountains and a lake. That's all the positive things I can say about this hotel. We booked a lake view executive room. The hotel staff checked me into a wrong room. Because of this mistake, we missed the nice sunset view from the room. Eventually they changed our room to the lake view, but they really know how to make guests feel "special" - they gave us a room right opposite another room that was undergoing renovation, with workers going in and out, with all the dust and noise. This hotel also does not keep the rooms cool when they're expecting incoming guests. They expect us to walk into a boiling hot room (36C outside) and start the aircon from the moment we walk in, so you can imagine what a terrible experience that was. Oh, and despite the 36C heat outside, the pool remains closed until mid-June as that's their policy. The hotel is very aged, and cleanliness inside the room could be a lot better.

The family came to relax during the short holiday. Many people checked into the hotel. There was no place to sit at the buffet at 6 o'clock in the evening. We booked two rooms. The front desk told us that only one room was cleaned and the next room was being cleaned. We left a phone number and waited for notification to handle it. After waiting for an hour and a half, it was still not cleaned, so we had to take another room😔. The hotel has many activities, but due to the rain, some outdoor activities had to be cancelled, and the outdoor swimming pool had to be abandoned. The room is on the fifth floor, east of the main building. There is a gym downstairs (I think so). The speakers play loud music at more than 8 o'clock in the morning, and it is impossible to sleep for a while. We went out for breakfast at 9 o'clock. The room attendant saw us and asked if we would check out. Maybe he was afraid that today's guests would wait too long. Children over 1.2 meters for breakfast need to pay 48 yuan. There are not many breakfast styles. The table is full again, and we have to wait for a seat😮💨.

5.2 Consumption. Check out at 12:00 and pick up the room at 2:00. But I waited at the front desk until 2:30 to get a room, and the sanitation was not good. The room had a peculiar smell (urine smell, the window and door had been opened for ventilation for 20 minutes, but it was still a strong urine smell). Then I applied for a room change, and it was not until 3:30 that Ctrip agreed to change the room. The urine smell cannot be solved by cleaning, it must have been on the carpet or sofa.

A good accommodation experience, the key is good service. Whether it is the front desk manager or the cleaning staff, they are very nice to you and will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Changing rooms, delivering tea sets, and delivering water will be done for you immediately! A little regret is that there are too many people having breakfast on May Day, and there is not enough food.

The room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

The surrounding environment is very good. The hotel is not very new but well maintained. The vertical air conditioner in the room is hidden and clever. The front desk service attitude is very good. There is a bathtub in the room. You can bring a few more bathtub sets~

I booked a room with several friends and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. There is a living room for chatting and gathering, and a large bathtub for playing in the water. There are also many delicious and fun things nearby. We had a very wonderful holiday.
