Response from Property: Dear guest, we're so sorry to learn about the problems you encountered during your stay. The dirty carpets and smelly room are definitely not what we want our guests to experience, and we've already taken it seriously. Our staff will clean the carpets thoroughly and use professional deodorants to eliminate the bad smell.The view from the room can vary, but we'll make a note of your preference for a nicer view and do our best to meet it when you visit us again. Meanwhile, we're sorry for the disturbance caused by the sounds from the neighboring room. We'll arrange professionals to check and improve the soundproofing as soon as possible.To make up for the inconvenience, we'd like to offer you a discount voucher for your next stay or some complimentary services.
