The hotel was very good, it's just that check-in was a bit slow. It would have been even better if there were bath salts, as other Crowne Plaza hotels with bathtubs usually provide them. Our stay was incredibly satisfying. Dana Wu, Anes Tang, Esther Zhou, and Kayla Ye at the front desk were all very welcoming.
