The room was tiny, definitely not what you'd expect for a vacation. It wasn't very new, but it was clean. The bathroom had a glass wall with no curtain, which was awkward for a family with children during shower time. The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the already not-so-warm water would suddenly turn cold. The balcony's hot tub didn't have enough water when many rooms used it simultaneously at night. Breakfast was just okay, not a buffet, and they wouldn't even give a single complimentary portion for our child, despite being a family of three. There was no service phone in the room; you had to call the hotel's main number from your mobile for anything. At over 1400 a night, I definitely won't be returning.

Lovely place we stayed in the Royal suite with lovely views and private unlimited access to the Hot spring. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. The reception staff helped us several times with recommending a restaurant having us dropped off and picked us up using their electric onsite bus. They also provided extra fresh fruit when we asked, which was lovely and sweet. I can't fault this hotel and the staff, I will definitely return in the future. Thanks.

Excellent hotel. The location and the theme are amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an awesome time. They gave us an upgrade. The view of the lake and the bathtub at our terrace were beautiful. We will definitely come back. The hot springs were a dream. The western style breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. We also loved the water park. I twisted my wrist there and the staff were very polite and helpful. Best hotel ever.

Your dedication to providing outstanding service did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated how hard everyone worked to ensure our comfort. The accommodations were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions. While we did notice that some rides were closed, it didn’t impact our overall enjoyment. Very good hotel. It was very clean and pleasant. Whole area and the hotel was built in European style. Room was not European style, because there is a hot tub in the middle of the room. You can slide the doors to HIDE it. But still it has a shower cabin, toilet seat, hot tub and a sink separated from the room with very loose slide doors. But I must admit, everything was clean and in a good condition. Service was nice and polite. Breakfast was a good, nice buffet. There is an option to have dinner there in the hotel, I suggest that option. Everything around the hotel is pretty close: water park, hot springs, massage center and other stuff.

We had a great experience. Best thing about this hotel is the staff - super welcoming, attentive to every little detail, supportive and with a great customer service sense. Hotel has a good restaurant as well. The place is great for a family weekend, and we enjoyed the hot springs as well. We'll definitely visit again.

We love there very much. There is so many scene for us to take pictures. We rent a e-ride to travel around the park and we had free hotspring for relaxing. Satisfy this trip. Good!
