I specifically booked a room with a terrace for my mom so she could enjoy the gentle breeze and see the emerald green water, experiencing the charm of the water town without even leaving the room. We met a wonderful B&B owner, and we'll definitely come back next year to relax here again.

I have been traveling through China for four months staying on average three nights in hotels. I stumbled upon this little gem and booked it for one month. The three ladies running the establishment treat you like family. You could not ask for more personal yet professional service I stayed in three different rooms and they are all extremely clean and well appointed. Located in the historic little town, the hotel is perfectly located on one of the canals Steps away from the busy little market streets, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful even when the tourists arrive mostly on weekends. At night, the town folds up and goes to sleep. There are many restaurants in the village, with basic foods and necessities available at the little food store and stalls. The gym, shopping centers, and malls are an 8 to 10 minute drive away

A beautiful old house, lovely design of rooms, a charming lady owner speaks English. Good individual all-season air-conditioner. A calm neighborhood in the night. 100% recommended. P.S. A hip coffee house on the ground floor.

Very nice room, and theres lift uo to 4th floor.. Our room is fancy with an rooftop garden and a outdoor soaking tub, but itd not working when we stay there. Right beside the river, you can enjoy night sitting out and sipping tea, morning can view the hustle bustle of visitors and street pedlars selling things. Ms Tian Yu is so nice, she even recomend us local restaurant for Best Dim Sum in town and indeed even hp to get a table and drove us there. Its long queue but with her helo we were walking in the water town while the number queuing, and we were given seat in few minutes on our arrival. Thank you so much Ms Tian Yu. This is the kind of family feel hotel, the cafe lady also very friendly.

You can't go wrong with this one – it's clean and the staff are really welcoming.

A 5 stars rating and highly recommended homestay choice. River view's room is huge and gives you nostalgic feel. Friendly hotel staffs and management give you a "back to home" feeling. The hotel is a standard water town with good hygiene and environment. The surrounding environment is also nice, and the local food on the pedestrian street is good value for money. The downsides are: 1) the room price is a bit expensive for a typical B&B in the off-season; 2) the room soundproofing is not very good.

This trip exceeded my expectations. The entire B&B is very stylish, the rooms are large and clean, and the hostess is very welcoming and makes people feel at home. The lady boss is especially nice to talk to. Before leaving, she even recommended a good place for food to me, which left me with wonderful memories. I will definitely come back to this B&B and keep checking in. Good places should be visited often. I am grateful for all the encounters.

The room was spacious and clean, exactly as pictured. The owner provided disposable bath bags, which were incredibly useful! It's located near the water town, a unique village setting. The hostess even invited us to karaoke on the first floor that night! There's an elevator.

It was a truly amazing stay, one of the best I've ever stayed at in B&Bs across the country. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony. The housekeeper even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a tea room. It was so relaxing to sip tea while gazing at the river view. The service was also excellent. The housekeeper was friendly and professional. I slipped on the cobblestones and bruised my leg (please be careful in the rain), but the housekeeper brought us cotton swabs, iodine, and Band-Aids around 10 PM. It was a huge help. Thank you so much! I've already recommended it to friends and will stay here again next time I'm in Shunde!

The surroundings evoke the charm of a Jiangnan water town! During a gentle drizzle, the arched bridges, flowing water, and stilt boats create a truly relaxing experience. A recommended place for relaxation. The restaurant's unique decor and karaoke options create a truly romantic atmosphere!
