The room is spacious, quiet, and has a nice view. Housekeeping is very attentive, and the front desk staff are excellent. They promptly helped with requests like cleaning the bathtub and bringing extra cups. The mattress is comfortable, not too soft or too firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. Downstairs, there are plenty of amenities for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit humid, but a quick call to the front desk brought a dehumidifier right away. Overall, it was a great experience, and the room rate was reasonable, offering good value for money.

I specifically requested a room with a good view. I booked two rooms. One faced east, was spacious, and had natural light, making it much more comfortable. The other room was on the complete opposite side! It was truly dark, damp, and smelled awful! And they told me this was a 5-star hotel! Unbelievable! I ordered takeout, and the robot couldn't deliver it for half an hour. I had to call multiple times before it finally arrived. There's a kids' play area, but not a single staff member in sight! Not only can you not leave your kids there, but it's also very dirty!
