made.me.feel.as. family..great location. close to subway.. i will go again when i come to Foshan its my home..the staff are Great..they treat me like family..i love them..

There are two lifts available in the hotel. However when we went the breakfast restaurant at 5/F. in the morning, we noted that only the 5/F. button on the panel in the lift near our room could not be activated so that we could not reach 5/F. The staff told us to use another lift on the other side of the hotel which could reach 5/F. We were not happy to spend more than 10 minutes to reach the restaurant to have breakfast. It appeared to us that they have no intention to repair the panel in the coming months. We were informed the breakfast period was from 7:30 to 9:30am, we arrived the restaurant at about 8:30am and it appeared to us that the food in the steel basins on the table was almost taken and there was no refill. Fortunately, the chef cooked two bowls of noodle with little meat and fried two eggs for us instead. We would visit the hotel next year since the location is very near the Ya Yi Park where we are keen to take photos of lotus flowers every year. However, there could be much improvement for the hotel and we wish we would have better experience next year.

The surroundings are quite nice, but parking is limited. It's particularly disappointing that breakfast isn't provided.

It's a great place to stay by the Foshan Tower. Quiet and Great food all around.. access to the subway is right next to the hotel..at night from the hotel room you can see the Foshan Tower lights..it's so beautiful. This place makes me feel at home.. which I do feel at home in Foshan.. The people are friendly and go out of their way to help.The staff is the best.. friendly and beautiful..makes me feel part of Foshan as a foreigner I feel Chinese because that's how comfortable the staff makes me feel..I will always come here to stay.. It's the best hotel in Foshan ..my opinion.!!

A very pleasant stay. Good location nice view and a great park right across the hotel.

The reminder email told me the check out time is 1:00pm, but they said the check out time is 11:00pm. If I want to check out 1:00pm, I have to apply. They didn't told me this arrangement or your notice have no notification. I was very trouble about that.

A general pass, we didn't stay long in hotel. Our comments might be biased.

Overall, it's pretty good; the environment is clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent.

An older but well-maintained hotel. The rooms are clean and fully equipped. The location is excellent, with the metro within walking distance, as well as cafes and two beautiful parks. It's clearly not new, and smoking is permitted, but as an overnight stay, it's perfectly acceptable! Much cleaner than any apartment for the same price.

1. The room looked basic in the pictures, but in reality, it was truly shabby. It didn't match the pictures on Ctrip. 2. The facilities were severely outdated and worn. The floor was cracked and peeling, and there were nails everywhere on the walls. The toiletries and towels were comparable to those in a guesthouse from over ten years ago. Using such poor-quality disposable toiletries these days is hardly cost-cutting. You could get much better quality for just one yuan. 3. The soundproofing was terrible. I was woken up at 5 am by the deafening noise of the air conditioner outside and couldn't sleep again. The hotel service was good; they arranged a room for me to rest temporarily. Thumbs up for that. In summary: I came with friends on the 1st and spent over 500 yuan for one night. On the 2nd, I decided to stay another day and couldn't separate from my friends, so I had to stay another night for 199 yuan. This hotel room is the worst I've stayed in over ten years, without a doubt. Of course, I never stay in guesthouses or small hotels; I've stayed in many hotels that cost as little as 100 yuan, and none of them were this bad. I never expected this hotel to be so popular in an economically developed area like Shunde. It was fully booked on the 1st! Aren't people from Guangdong known for their discerning palates and high standards? I hope the hotel will prioritize guest experience. If they can't improve the hardware, at least improve the software! Changing to slightly better toiletries and bathroom amenities isn't difficult, and it wouldn't cost much. Finally, I'd say you can raise prices during holidays, I'll accept that, but the price should reflect the quality of your product.

The hotel's location is good, right next to the subway. However, the advertised breakfast price of 50 yuan is inconsistent with reality; the actual breakfast is probably only around 10 yuan. We argued with the male manager at the front desk about this, and his explanation was that our room booking included breakfast, which was considered complimentary, so we could only have the 15 yuan meal (he said the hotel's standard meal rate was 15 yuan). I don't understand this. I booked the hotel specifically because it included breakfast and had a 50 yuan standard meal rate. If the standard meal rate was 15 yuan, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. Later, I asked him why the breakfast standard was listed as 50 yuan, and he said it was for guests who didn't book breakfast but still wanted to eat it. This surprised me even more. Someone pays 50 yuan, and you only give them a 15 yuan meal? Isn't that fraud? Also, the hotel's homepage on Ctrip advertises laundry service, but when we wanted to do laundry, they said they didn't have washing machines. I want to say that the hotel's service is far from what they advertised.

The facilities are a bit old, but the overall cleanliness is acceptable, and the location is decent. Overall, it's reasonably priced.

Thankfully, only the room I stayed in didn't have a smart toilet. The blankets were a bit thick, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective.

The subway station is right outside the door, and there are shared bike parking spots right at the entrance. Qi Xiang Chicken Private Kitchen, a must-try restaurant on Dianping (a Chinese review platform), is downstairs; the food is delicious and deserves a thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻
