I was originally supposed to travel with a friend, but she had something come up last minute and couldn't make it. I wasn't really in the mood when I checked in, but the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even recommended some local food spots, which really cheered me up. I was worried about having to go downstairs to pick up my food delivery, but the front desk informed me they have robots that can deliver it directly to my room, which was super convenient. When I checked out, Bobby at the front desk was genuinely interested in my stay and asked if there was anything they could improve upon. I truly felt at home, and this solo trip was very comfortable and pleasant.

This was a wonderful weekend and also a wonderful stay experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with a shopping mall right next door, making shopping very convenient. The receptionist is nice and provide good service. Location is good in this district, but the environment of the car park is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel.

I would say this is the only hotel that we will stay in Foshan Gaoming. Always provided top service and catered to all our needs. Breakfast is good as well. Room is clean and very comfortable. Easily accessible to malls and other locations with just a click away from didi. Affordable luxury stay. Highly recommended to all.
