took the public bus from Foz airport to within 300 yards of hotel which is off the beaten track in an exceptionally hilly town so selecting the stop at the top of the hill is pretty important! friendly welcome at reception on arrival, efficient check in with all important info explained carefully. large comfy clean room with fridge and efficient A/C. breakfast included was pretty good with toaster to make cheese & ham toastie. nice pool with plenty of bed chairs (although only 59F so not used). buffet dinner with a la carte choices ok but unexciting. recommended Ten minutes walk (uphill) to public bus for Argentina or Paraguay (stops OUTSIDE bus Terminal) or falls (stop inside)

Just reasonable hotel, old structure, deteriorated by the time.. it is not possible to consider as 5 stars as announced. The positive emphasis is for the Blue Park aquatic park which is excellent. The negative emphasis goes to the trip.com that announced as if the entry to the aquatic park was included and was not.. causing great constraint in check-in.

My partner and I came from Australia, I speak Spanish he only speaks English. I would like to point out the at half of the staff were will with runny noses, coughs, etc while working! I understand that it’s a Covid world however my partner ended up with a cold (we tested for Covid he was negative) missing out on the last day of our trip by staying in bed. What needs to be understood when you work in travel is that if one of the workers were to transmit Covid or anything else it can literally stop people from returning home…. I am begging this hotel to please reconsider their coming into work while sick policy. The housekeeper was sick the man at the front desk when we checked in was sick the girl at the front desk was sick (at least she wore a mask) and unfortunately due to travel restrictions it’s not acceptable to coke to work while ill. The hotel is very centrally located, it’s very easy and cheap to get to all of the major attractions on both the Brazilian and Argentinian side. Please note: if you want to go to the Argentinian side of the falls From this hotel they have a service costing around 100 Reis that brings you leaving once per day at 7:30 am (we did not know that and spent 350 reis to go and spent most of the morning trying to figure out how to get there, luckily we had augusto who is absolutely fantastic!) Pro: 1. The staff was absolutely lovely! Augusto at reception so amazing! He never made us feel like anything was a problem and he was happy to communicate in English. Julia from the tourism agency in the reception area was absolutely amazing spoke English and really a helped ! Cleaning and breakfast staff were super friendly! But Augusto and Julia are huge assets to this hotel and helped us tremendously during our stay! 2. Decent quality for what you pay 3. Location is good 4. Decent breakfast 5. Rooms are clean! Cons: 1. I am pretty easy going and have travelled a lot. I booked a superior room the first room they tried to give us was super tiny only fit the bed, had a funny smell and looked like a dorm room and we had a friendly big guest… I went to reception he was lovely (sick) but lovely and changed our room to a beautiful upgraded room right outside the elevator.. I’m a light sleeper and on my booking asked that I would not be placed near any common ways elevators stairs common rooms etc.. he assured me it wouldn’t be noisy… it was super loud. The next morning we met Augusto and he showed us 4 different rooms to choose from to move again and it was so nice of him! 2. This hotel is absolutely not soundproofed in the least. The rooms say soundproofing you can literally hear when someone upstairs moves a chair, hear people talking at all hours in the corridors, cleaners talking outside the room 7:30/8am and hear people taking a shower in their room. The advantage of the hotel is in the middle of the airport and the city, you can call the taxi at the front desk, and it is very convenient to go to the airport or Iguazu Falls. The hotel has a comfortable room, a wonderful shower. All facilities work perfectly, including a hairdryer. Hotel with a family environment, quiet mainly at night. Free parking. Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

We stayed the 4 of us in the same room. Parents and kids, comfortably. 7 years of parenthood and we never found a more accommodating hotel. Oh! Their Nacional Inn Burger is a must-try! Pool and entertainment were spots on, they even had some arcades. Came in handy when we caught a brief drizzle. But wouldn’t have been half as great, wasn’t it for their attentive staff. Heats off to Rodolfo and his team! We Definitely Recommend this hotel.

We stayed here while going to Iguazu Falls. The Iguazu Falls airfield and the entrance to the Falls Park are only 3km away and I couldn't find a driver willing to take an Uber. This hotel is about 1km from the airport, so you can walk if you don't have big luggage. If you leave your luggage at the hotel and become light, you can walk straight to the entrance of Takino Park in 25 minutes. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and amusement facilities. With a breakfast buffet, the couple stopped at a reasonable price of 7000 yen. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant for 80R = 2400 yen. Recommended if you don't go to Iguazu town and see the falls on the Brazilian side. I was able to enjoy the sightseeing of the waterfall in about 3 hours.
