The location is in the Foz portal, for those who leave and go to the bus station it is great, the breakfast option is ok, there is not a lot of variety of fruits but otherwise it is quiet, in relation to the room for a couple it is an adequate space nothing too extravagant, the TV in my room that I stayed in specifically did not even have Netflix or anything like that, just normal TV, but apart from that it is a quiet place and the pool is 1.50 m deep, overall very good.

The service was very good, but the facilities left a little to desire, lack of maintenance, and in the restaurant the food was very tasty but hygiene needs to improve.

The hotel is not bad, but it is in a retirement and says many rules that sometimes scares a guest who is going to relax on the walk. The room is comfortable.

I really liked the hotel, my stay was just a few days and very satisfactory, the room was clean and organized, the bathroom was also very good. Service was excellent, I asked for tips on tours because it was my first time going, the receptionist was very helpful, gave good tips and even made a map. I really liked the breakfast, excellent variety of things to eat. My son loved the pool and so did I. I have no complaints about anything. Very pleasant and I recommend it.

Positive points: - we arrived before the check-in time and we managed to access the room, because we were tired and hungry - you have some accessible and good food restaurants near the hotel (but in weekends you don't open) - quiet place - if you want cleaning in the room, just leave the key at the reception - air conditioning worked well - TV worked - we could use the freezer without problems - we could ask food for the ifod and wait for delivery without problems - 24-hour reception - very sympathetic hotel team - excellent breakfast - bus point next to the hotel that goes to the centre and the terminal - by car, stay at about 15 minutes from the center - is close to Paraguay - down the street on the left side, you have a few shops, a wide-split shop is a good access Negative points: - We complained three times because the shower was leaking water without stop, it was rugm to sleep in the night and left the whole bathroom wet. We understand that the problem was great ( that we had to break the wall in the register area and so on) but they did not help us to threaten the problem. - sometimes the internet fell in some points of the hotel - TV wasn't smart and was very small - very small towels - the pool was only with clear water on the first day of arrival, on the fifth day we decided to enter the pool, but it was already with very dyed and green water. - one of the single beds that formed the couple bed had a big drowning and we were turning the bed - We saw a cheap restaurant and four deaths in the poison box in the kitchen - at weekend you have no opening nearby. To eat, just ask some delivery or go to the center - although breakfast was excellent, the cardapio was always the same every day
