The studio suite with king bed we stayed in is on the lowest level of the building. The porch/patio is so nice with comfy oversized rocking chairs. I did not try the hammock which is stored in the very spacious closet inside. It is a lovely super clean space all around. We arrived very tired and sweaty. We were looking forward to our luxury room and a shower immediately. I was not expecting to need the property manager to help us for the first 2-3 hours of our stay. All the window screens were torn, most windows were not working- the property manager got this functioning, then the shower faucet issues required another call and visit. There were other small issues as well. Maybe my expectations for this room were too high due to the online description, cost and the ratings I read. The location of the building is good; very convenient to fantastic coffee shop, the liquor store, and town with restaurants. Every hotel and accommodation on the island including this one is within 15 minutes of amazing beaches and vistas in all directions.
