Franconia Inn

Location!! This is a hidden gem in white mountains. We were there recently and it was very quiet and relaxing. I would give their staff an A+. The rooms could use a little upgrade. Please know that there is no TV, microwave or fridge in the rooms but these are available downstairs. Dinner was amazing and affordable. The bed and pillows were super comfy!

The inn's idyllic location provided breathtaking views, an abundance of activities (hiking trails, horseback rides, great food!) and amenities, and a staff with a genuine care and superb attention to detail. We felt so comfortable, cozy, and the experience here was nothing short of awesome. Cannot wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

Had such a great second stay at the Franconia Inn! For this second trip, our group doubled in size, so we stayed in the cottage onsite. The cottage accommodations were perfect for our group. There are two levels that are connected, but also have separate entrances. The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. Each floor has a separate kitchen space, as well. In addition to the open indoor space, the cottage features a large patio outside and separate parking. Waking up to seeing the Inn’s horses freely grazing in their open field was such a refreshing way to start the day. It is obvious that the owners are passionate about encouraging their guests to experience all that the area has to offer. They are fantastic resources for recommendations for people who are newer to exploring the outdoors, as well as to avid adventurers. With so many options for things to do, either onsite via their outdoor activity center or only a short drive away, there is truly something for everyone. It was so exciting to see all of the new renovations that the owners have been working on since our last stay. It is evident that they are prioritizing maximizing guest experience with each new update. Everything about the experience of staying at the Franconia Inn feels quaint and authentic. I strongly encourage future guests to use the Inn setting as an opportunity to reset, recharge and reconnect with nature. I can’t wait to return for a third stay!

Loved our stay at the Franconia inn! It is beautiful and so charming! The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly/accommodating, and the restaurants are great. It’s also close to cute downtowns and great hikes. Can’t wait to go back!

The inn is welcoming upon first view, and is certainly comfortable and cozy throughout. The rooms are unique, and we enjoyed our third floor room looking upon the road. It was a little warm on top, but a big box fan and a window unit air-conditioner did nicely. We had a little issue with the water (cold water a mere trickle occasionally and we had to fill the toilet tank a couple of times) but nothing that ruined our stay. We enjoyed playing games at a table in the game-room by the fire, and we also experienced a couple of enjoyable meals in the attached restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Heads up, the parking lot is across the road!

Stayed here for two nights, room was pleasant and clean. Staff was very friendly. Was hoping for a hot breakfast but they had a free continental breakfast instead. Fruit, muffins, bagels, yogurt and granola was generally served. Dinner was more of an issue, Wednesday only Peaks Pub was open doing burger wednesday, so tried the pub. Was also open mic night so very little seating, maybe nine small tables. Finally got a table and had the smashburger and a draft. Open night mic was real good with a big contrast in styles. Dinner the next night night wads only at Peaks Pub again, and it was full again, and was told only a limited menu was available. So after playing ping pong in the game room and still no table we went off site. Luckily there are many options in Littleton NH

Beautiful, quiet, quaint and perfectly clean New England property! The owners work so hard to make it excellent!
