⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🚗 Highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling by car! ✅ Pros - Private indoor and outdoor parking available. If you're travelling with a baby or lots of luggage, I'd recommend the outdoor parking as it's easier for loading and unloading. - The room was very spacious and clean. Our room had a large sofa bed, which was perfect for our 6-month-old baby to play and roll around on. We didn't even need to use the play mat we brought! 👶 - Plenty of space for families. I think it would still be comfortable even if we had another child in the future. ⚠️ Cons - The staff were friendly, but communication could be more consistent. We weren't told that guests could refill sparkling water and iced water for free downstairs, or get hot water from the bar. - There's no kettle in the room, so this information is especially important for families preparing baby formula 🍼. We only found out after asking, although I noticed another staff member explained it clearly to other guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, spacious, family-friendly, and a great choice for road trips! 😊

This is an older hotel located in the southern part of the city, surrounded by residential areas. There's paid parking downstairs, usually with available spots, which is very convenient. A unique feature is its high-rise building; if you book a room on a higher floor, you get panoramic city views, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are complete, and although a bit dated, they are still very comfortable. Cleanliness is good, the air conditioning system works well, and there's a mini-fridge in the room.

Service: Poor Environment: Poor Cleanliness: Poor Facilities: Okay The ceiling was leaking, possibly from the AC pipe, so we couldn't use the air conditioning. They just brought a fan, which was ridiculous. Our attempts to resolve this through Trip.com were also unsuccessful.

Great experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful able to communicate well in English and went out of there way to make our stay as smooth as possible. Gym is very clean and good variety of equipment. Hotel has free water dispenser in the lobby with sparkling water available. Breakfast buffet offer a good variety of western and vegetarian options. Location offers a good super market located walking distance if you need to purchase any essentials. A bus stop and ticket machine is located conveniently located in front of the hotel which offers public transportation downtown and to metro stations. FRA airport is located ~20min by Uber or ~40min by metro. Hotel also offers a taxi service with a large +7 people van and reasonable prices (can negotiate and match Uber price).
