Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Messe

Decent place but terrible breakfast.  Room was too hot (Air conditioning running at maximum power for seven hour and still there were 27°)

Climacy unit does not cool the rooms. It works but cools only itself. Reception staff did not help me . Too busy to help. Room was 25.5 during the night. 😔

The most impressive thing about the hotel is the great service the staff provide. They are very polite and helpful. We arrived a bit early around noon but the gentleman named Ali checked us in, a few hours than 3pm standard time. By the way, Ali was very helpful during our entire stay, making our stay very pleasant. They also provided the luggage storage service after we checked out in a secure room with the name tags. The breakfast has wide range of selections. Way better than those from other hotels. From the main train station, you can take bus #37 which runs every 15 minutes and takes about 10 minutes. And their rate is very competitive. You really got your money’s worth! Overall, we highly recommend it!
