Residence Inn by Marriott Frankfurt City Center

The room was generally clean, but very, very small. Aside from the high price, the overall quality is comparable to a domestic Ji Hotel. The ground floor rooms surround a garden which connects to the Moxy. The curtains in the rooms can't be kept open frequently to avoid disturbance, and the corridor connects to the restaurant. Luckily, the soundproofing is decent. You might want to mention this when checking in to avoid any issues. The front desk is small and not 24-hour; it operates until 11 PM. There are no bottled mineral waters, but there's a self-service water dispenser (sparkling water, room temperature water, iced water) and coffee available 24 hours. There's a gym. The location is excellent; great for city walks. The restaurant's glass windows offer views of a landmark, making it easy to find your way back.

We were absolutely delighted. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A great bonus: there's a play area for children in the lobby, which makes staying with family very relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We'd happily come back again!

This hotel is pretty good. It's centrally located with convenient transportation, making it easy to get around. It's also a short walk to the Roman Forum, with plenty of food options along the way, and a supermarket nearby. It offers good value for money, and breakfast is included, which is enough to get your day started. The hotel also has parking.

Facilities: Everything you need, kitchen and utensils, sofa bed - all there. Cleanliness: Couldn't find anything dirty. Ambiance: Four-star standard. Service: Not much service as it's an apartment. Location: Next door to the gallery, supermarket opposite, and a 5-6 minute walk to the luxury shopping street. The Roman Forum and Ponte Vecchio are both within 10 minutes. Airport is 30 minutes away, train station 10 minutes. Fantastic! This is my second stay here. Perfect for families.

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of Frankfurt Cathedral, and has many dining options nearby. However, the basement room had a poor view, and we couldn't even open the curtains because every passerby could clearly see into our room. We arrived in the evening, but there was no one at the front desk. We waited with our luggage for almost half an hour until a man came to help us check in, stating he was an employee from the bar next door helping out. The room facilities were a bit basic, and our room even had a leak. Since we were only staying for two nights, we didn't bother to switch rooms. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and came with a microwave and coffee maker. There's a courtyard downstairs, and the location is excellent for exploring on foot.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were polite, the hotel management was good, breakfast was plentiful, and it was very convenient for getting around.
