The hotel was located close to Ostsendatraße station which made commuting easy. There were great views of the river as well. The receptionist also helped by pointing the locations out when I arrived. Thanks

Shower is not working and water is damp

Very bad experience with reaching late night (@12.15) at the hotel. No one in reception, waited about an hour as searching near by hotels or to get any arrangements. Trip.com agent also couldn’t get through hotel people, and advised to go another nearby hotel. If you don’t have a German sim or no roaming, then either you have to stay at their reception corridor or find another hotel. I suggest to remove this property from your site.

Oh, I love it. I love the residence. There's an Aldi right in front, and the prices are great. I also love the small river view. The only thing I wish there was was a fridge.

If you arrive after 6 and you don't understand the language, you're in trouble, they answer you by intercom and they told us they would come to the place to help us and after an hour and a half I called again and they didn't come, horrible, a neighbor had to help me, mind you there are only three parking spaces

The location is very good, there is a balcony with a view of the Main River when you open the window. The room facilities are also quite new, and there is also Aldi opposite, which makes shopping convenient and cheap.

I was completely shocked. I couldn't book a hotel for the Frankfurt exhibition these two days. The small 18-square-meter room was extremely expensive. I could only stay there for one night. It was really too bad.

I rented a room of one type and was given a different one, very noisy in the front with a lot of heat, I really did not enjoy my stay in this place. Furthermore, the elevator broke down on the first day and I had to spend the rest of the days going up and down the escape ladder, going down with the luggage was a sacrifice…

It's just an okay place to live.

Very simple but nice mini apartment, there were 3 of us in a room with a queen size bed as soon as you entered and a double bed upstairs. The only thing we didn't like was the very small bathroom with no windows. Very quiet structure and it also seemed very safe to us. Located in a very good position compared to the center.

I left the restaurant several times at around 8am when it was empty. I got the key from a poorly labelled key box and with the help of a guest. Apparently the reception is open from 9am??? Tried to get information over the phone about where to park and asked for a call back. No call back! Room on the busy side was clean and OK!
