I recently completed a stay at this IHG hotel and cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the room itself had some positive aspects—it was a generous size and the temperature control worked well—these were significantly overshadowed by major service and amenity failures. The dark brown and grey colour scheme was modern and effective at hiding general wear, though potential guests should be aware that it also makes it very easy to overlook personal items left behind. The most significant issue was the staff's attitude, which was far from welcoming. Interactions felt slightly adversarial, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This was compounded by a troubling incident where the front desk hung up the phone immediately upon hearing English spoken. For an international brand, this is both odd and unprofessional. Furthermore, for the high price point, the lack of basic provisions was astonishing. The room was completely devoid of toiletries and sundries: no toothpaste, slippers, comb, or even tea and coffee facilities. These are minimum expectations for any hotel at this level. Due to the unwelcoming service and the lack of basic amenities, I will not be returning to this location. This experience has also made me more cautious, and I will be assessing my future stays with IHG brands much more carefully.

Hotel location and service was great. Only negatives was the fact that the air conditioning was centrally managed and not at room level and also the air ventilation was not good in the bathroom , felt a bit suffocating for few seconds during a hot shower . Overall was a good deal with breakfast .
