Second booking, want to stay one more night in this hotel. Very good, especially enjoyable with the Sauna, which is free of charge.

Great location. Near to places of interest yet away from noise. Breakfast is excellent and staff service is good. Value for money.

The building looks pretty run down from the outside but on the inside, the hotel offers everything one would expect. It's close to the inner city and close to the river. Staff is really friendly.

the hotel is located not far from old city, staff were excelent & helpful, good breakfast, they do not have a telephon in the room, they do not have refridgider in the room, we had a great time.

Clean room but very poor service. Absolutely no support from the front staff. I am not sure why two staffs are assigned at that position as they provided NO support to the customer and chat to each other at the check in. Very poor first impression of the hotel. We very disappointed. However, very friendly cleaning staff.

Hotel is small but with great reception service and friendly staff. The room is comfortable and clean however it was a great disappointment that there was no fridge in the room. We could not keep drinks or food cold.

Convenient location. Helpful staff although they forget to clean the room on Day 2 of my stay. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to reach the hotel since I get sick on the night before and I had to cancel my business trip to Frankfurt. I tried to reach the hotel (thx to the mediation of the trip.com staff) but even providing the medical certificate no refund or partial refund was provided. I can understand their position but some better mitigation could have been found (since I booked with the cancel option but I got sick just right after the terms )
