Best Western Plus OHare International South Hotel

The service exceeded my expectations. The airport shuttle driver was extremely kind and helpful, even though we arrived at O’Hare close to 22:00. The hotel is less than a 20‑minute drive, and we didn’t have to wait long for pickup. The front desk staff provided excellent service during check‑in. The room was clean, and all amenities—including the air conditioning/heater, iron, microwave, TV, toiletries, and coffee machine etc.— were in great condition. Breakfast was impressive, with breads, hash browns, blueberry bagels, scrambled eggs, sausages, coffee, juices, and plenty of drinking water available. Check‑out was quick and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, especially given its proximity to the airport, and it truly exceeded expectations. Thank you!

The room was not very comfortable; the toilet, in particular, lacked a sink, so you had to leave the toilet area to use one.

Amazing hotel with close proximity ( walking distance) of everything you need

Location is great for airport transfer. Breakfast is totally unacceptable.

Can’t say enough about this place and also great staff.. can’t say much

You hear all car sound Room without water

Convenient Airport Transportation

This is a terrible hotel. I stayed here for seven nights, and my room was never cleaned, even though I requested it at the front desk every day. A lot of the room's fixtures and fittings were broken and not repaired. They also didn't provide a laundry room. The front desk staff were extremely rude. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
