"Review of Hotel Pyramida Unfortunately, I definitely cannot recommend Hotel Pyramida. One of the services advertised is the option of an à la carte dinner from 19:30 to 20:30, as stated in the hotel brochure. My friend and I arrived for dinner a few minutes after 19:30. The restaurant was almost empty – only three tables were occupied (two smaller tables with five guests each and one larger table with about eight foreign guests). The restaurant capacity is around 70 seats. A senior blonde waitress, came to our table and very rudely refused us, saying: “Well ladies, that won’t work. I’m not going to serve you, I already have about 12 guests here and we’re not going to be cooking until 11 at night because of you.” I have never encountered such unprofessional and arrogant behavior in the hospitality industry. Another disappointment came with the room – we paid extra for a room with a balcony, but no one informed us that the balcony was under reconstruction, with no seating available and protruding cables. For a hotel of this size, I would also expect the wellness area to be better organized – for example, with a reservation system for the pool and sauna, so that guests do not have to crowd and can enjoy it in peace. Overall, my impression of the stay is very negative."
