We love the place a lot and they even let us check in early because we have arrived before the check in time. Very accommodative of the team. Location wise is very easy to get around. The view is scenic.

The staff were super efficient and friendly. I met Sandler and Daniel, and they have been super kind and giving me advice for hiking tracks They are always the first to rise, making sure everything is ready.

Good, nice big shared kitchen. Booked the room with bathroom, well equipped with heater and toilet size is good. I wish there were shelves or racks in the bathroom for putting toiletries. And most importantly I wish the toilet had a cover.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for exploring Franz Josef. Overall, a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

The hotel facilities are pretty good. 👍 They even have a sauna, which was great for us after a long drive – it really helped reduce the fatigue. That's definitely worth recommending.
