1. The pictures give people a very misleading impression that it is a hotel converted from an ancient castle. Don't make a mistake. It is a farmhouse next to the ancient castle that looks like a large-scale farmer's house in China. Of course, they make it more like a hotel;
2. What I can't stand the most is that there is no one at the front desk after 9:00pm. No matter what happens, you have to solve it yourself! The neighbors had a party on the night of check-in, and the music continued to be high after 10 o'clock! I have no right to interfere with others. The hotel can always help me change the room facing the opposite direction, right? No! Everyone has gone home. It feels like it is completely self-service. Go by yourself!
3. The facilities are very average, and the tap has little water! There is no air conditioning, and it depends on opening the window for ventilation!
4. The food in the bristo restaurant is OK, but the price is much more expensive than in big cities

Great hotel close to Fredensborg Castle. Our only drawback was that all bread served, both at dinner and breakfast, included sesame seeds. No alternatives, and as I am allergic to those it was a real shame. I really think you should have at least one alternative... Other than that, things were great.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable, dinner was delicious and so beautiful! We loved being able to walk on the palace grounds and saw the most gorgeous sunset over the water. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Location is ideal. The complimentary breakfast is very good, plenty of variety and choices. The hotel has a certain charm which is most enjoyable. The staff are very positive and friendly. Regarding the breakfast a plain baguette would be a welcome addition. The only real negative is that when there is a function or special event it does get very noisy.

The floors in the bathroom are so slippery , really dangeres, and window could not stay open because everything to hold them vere broken off, but the bed was vey good.
Don’t even talk about the breakfst , not enough tablesand they ran aut of food and cooffe, could just not keep up wit the people there were there
