It's extremely quiet here and we have very few neighbors, as the back of the property faces out over massive ranch lands. Nights gathered around the firepit and stargazing are our other favorite things to do. And when you want to go to town, we are only 10-15 minutes from most things. There are also some great local spots right by us - Luckenbach, Bankersmith, Old Tunnel State Park, Alamo Springs Cafe - so you really don't have to go very far unless you want to. This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We have three very private and distinct properties on our 8.6 acre slice of hill country heaven: The house (The Panoramic), a 1950's Spartan Trailer (The Mansion) and a studio building (The Cathedral). Each have their own private driveway and amenities.
