The home has two levels and the entrance is on the upper level with a set of stairs leading up to the entrance. ***Floor Plan*** • Upper Floor: Living room, 65" Smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom w/ king bed and ensuite half bath; 2nd bedroom w/ bunk bed (sleeps up to 4 people) and bathroom in hallway. Portable AC • Lower Floor: Family room, TV, office desk and chair, Office with working desk, third bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with bath tub, laundry, access to the front carport ***Home Highlights*** • Quiet, peaceful community with views. • Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly. • Plenty of parking. • Dedicated work area. • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs ***Guest access*** Guest will be granted via a smart lock. ***Other things to note*** • Strictly NO parties and events. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine) • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens. Please do not leave leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. • There is no access to the backyard from inside the house. Backyard is only accessible from the outside of the house. • There is no BBQ grill, or fire pit. • No shoes in the home. • The home is not child-proofed.
