Holiday Inn Express & Suites FREEPORT - BRUNSWICK AREA by IHG

Room was clean, staff were friendly - for the price a good spot to stay. The traffic on 295 can be loud but expected for a hotel along an interstate.

Room was clean, as were the facilities. A good breakfast and a nice pool. Close to all the downtown Freeport outlets

It was good from the time we walked in the door to the few questions i had asked. The gentleman when we checked in was great and the couple of people i saw in the morning were very friendly as well.

We checked in and when we went in the room we checked the bed and it had major stains on the sheets and the toilet had pee on the toilet the carpet and floors were dirty as if they dont get vacuum. The front desk wasnt that pleasant. They were nice enough to give us a new room. Unfortunately this room had the same issue the bed sheets were very stained and the floors not so clean. I had to wipe the side tables down bc they had coffee stains on them. We were very dissapointed. Maybe teach staff to be more pleasant when an issue arises.

our rooms were at the back of the hotel which happened to border the highway making it noisy. In one room we had asked for someone to come up because we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning. They never came. They forgot. Everything else was perfect - clean roomy etc.

This hotel is right next to the highway and EXTREMELY noisy. We heard cars speeding by the entire night. Very difficult to sleep. Towels were a dingy yellow and stiff.The hair dryer had greasy fingerprints all over it. When I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout I was told that housekeeping was busy and can’t be thorough. I have stayed in hotels approximately 25 nights, in multiple states and one other country, in the past five months. This was by far the worst. I do NOT recommend.
