The hotel is very run down, and the value for money is extremely poor. Stained carpets, torn wallpaper, missing drain cover in the bathroom. The staff, however, really make up for it; they are very professional and friendly. The breakfast is just okay.

The hotel was okay, not as nice as when it first opened. The rooms weren't entirely clean, and the shower had a lot of limescale stains. There was no caffeinated coffee in the room, nor was it available upon request. However, the reception staff were very friendly.

Considering the high prices in this area, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is also great, right in the city center. The breakfast is absolutely superb – enough to keep you full for half the day! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Great location which is near to Ferdern station. There are restaurants nearby Disadvantage is the nearest supermarkets are all closed on Sunday.

Breakfast was stated to be available on weekends from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Due to my schedule, I checked in late and was scheduled to check out at 12:00 p.m. I came down to the restaurant at 11:05 a.m., which was still within the posted breakfast hours. However, I was refused service by the staff and told that breakfast was already over. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the staff were eating the remaining food themselves afterward, laughing and chatting. This experience was quite unacceptable. Please be aware that the breakfast hours listed in the hotel facilities information differ from the actual operating hours enforced by the restaurant staff.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was really supportive. We visited during the Christmas season.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and generally clean. The only downside is the elevator, which is quite small and slow – a common issue in European hotels, so it's understandable. Breakfast was just okay.

More than half an hour walk to the centre. Otherwise, it’s a very comfortable stay.

The environment was clean, and parking was provided. The front desk staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but the front desk staff processed our check-in quickly, allowing us to get to our room and rest promptly.

This Hilton hotel was a bit disappointing, not quite up to Hilton standards! However, the breakfast was understandable and quite extensive. It shares a building with a Super 8! We paid 140 euros including breakfast for a weekend in the summer, which was a decent price.

The room was spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop to the city center. It does have a few flaws: the hallway carpet needs updating, and there's no minibar in the room. Overall, though, I still recommend it.

I chose this hotel because of the convenient parking. The underground parking is quite expensive, but you can park for free above ground. Other facilities and services are consistent with other Hampton by Hilton hotels.
