Novotel Freiburg am Konzerthaus Reviews

Overall is satisfied  Esp on the location .  I would give 10/10  Is just a 5 mins walk from station  And the room Is spacious. Overall a good experience

Good central location. Clean but dated property. Small but useful swimming pool. Expensive breakfast at 27 Euros per person so got breakfast elsewhere. Would stay again.

The hotel is located next to the train station. The front desk was ok during check in, but somehow made us feel like we were imposing on them. Body language and tone were just not very welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, even though our room was located across the elevators. The pool and spa are nice, but really small. One thing that really surprised us was the following: nowadays in most hotels, the floors are only accessible if you use your keycard in the elevator. In this hotel.they do not have this, which means anyone can enter the hotel and enter any floor. This makes it feel quite unsafe. Especially with the location of the hotel and the many homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel.

Our stay was goud. Hotelroom was very nice and the services were good and up to date

Clean hotel with a good location.

Good location. Very kind and professional team. Clean rooms. Ideal option for families

The family room is pretty big. Good location and very delicious breakfast.

Nice room

Convenient location. Easy to commute everywhere. Professional staff.

Very well located beside train station, however is quite an old hotel without proper maintenance, sauna and swimming pool area with many water poddle and slippery , the sauna room have good potential if well maintained, room is very dim, have problem with first room at lvl 4 with dirty water from shower, get change to lvl 2

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming during check-in, setting a positive tone from the moment I arrived. The buffet breakfast offered a wide array of delicious choices, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

Great location and a fantastic service from the staff.

Piano at the lobby might be able to play by guests with permission
