"A very bad experience. A 3-night stay during peak season (double the price). The room was very average, the cleaning deplorable (there were still things in the shower), and the toilet had apparently been forgotten. But that was just the beginning, because the next day the room hadn't even been cleaned, and the icing on the cake was when you ask at reception (who isn't behind the desk but has people in front of it) why the room hadn't been cleaned, the response is: you should have asked. Then you're accosted by the receptionist's "friends." This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel for several days without the room being cleaned daily. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"I returned to the Confort Appart'Hôtel de la Tour Mare in Fréjus on Friday afternoon. I received a very warm welcome at reception, with a smile. Upon arriving at the apartment, I found it very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff had even thoughtfully placed two small chocolate bars on the bed. There was no plug for the bathtub, so I went downstairs to reception, and the staff's responsiveness was exemplary. They immediately provided one. I enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean. I would gladly return."

"We spent a week in Colombia in the end of April to discover the Côte d'Azur. After the fatigue visits of the day, we went back to Colombia in peace to get back for the next day. The family cuisine was perfect for us, but let's not forget our animator Alexandra who has been with us all weeks to discover the region. We will not forget his enthusiasm that made us spend a very good stay. Our "Hey couch" of the morning missed when we came home. In short, super place. If we have a small bemol to issue, it's about the premises that would need a good refreshment, it's still vetuous. But the welcome, gentleness, availability of all, the small animations of the evening that allow the day to end pleasantly make forget the small disadvantages of the room. In short, we have spent a super week, we will return to Colombia without hesitation if the opportunity comes."

"The rooms are too small. The view of the road and the green fields beyond are actually pleasant. The reception staff and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast was nice and varied. The decorations are candy themed which was different but pleasant! We were given room 102. Next to the elevator but it was quiet. The only issue we had was the next door guest who decided to make their room a pot smoking den. Because the rooms have balconies, the unpleasant smells of adjacent rooms feel like they are in your room. I would stay at this hotel again, for the price, it is a good value in Frejus."

"Mixed experience – some disappointments for a "spa hotel" The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included. Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for "hygiene reasons," which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before."
