Quest Fremantle

Nice room fully equipped with everything I need from the kitchen, toilet and room. It is spaciou and comfy. However, it would have been better if extra towels were given the first time I asked for it. I asked for it at the reception in the morning , then called for them to give us in the evening (somehow was asked to go to the reception to request again) and finally got it when I went to the reception in the late evening.

Stay was good, although not a king sized bed but two singles joined together. Location great for Fremantle - close to ferry to Rotness, markets and station. Good bar and restaurant choice

Superb location it's near the train station, supermarkets, coffeeshops and even a good pizza restaurant opp the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful (Thanks Emily!). The kitchen was well equipped and clean, I even cooked steak and the room didn't smell afterwards. One small area for improvement is the sofa which was sunken.

The hotel is just opposite the B Shed Ferry Terminal, it is convenient to walk over for the Rottnest Express.

Great location and the staff were very helpful whenever possible. Lots of restaurants cafe etc all walking distance. Clean and secure would stay again

The room was spacious, although the overall design felt a little dated. It was well equipped with plenty of in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the luggage storage. We arrived a few hours before check-in and asked the staff to store our luggage while we went out. Instead of placing it somewhere secure, our bags were simply left in the hallway. In my experience, other hotels usually tag luggage and store it properly in a designated secure area. For a hotel at this level, I expected a more professional and secure approach to handling guests’ belongings. Unfortunately, this part of the experience was quite disappointing.
