"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."

"This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good."

The gym has several cardio machine options, two sets of free weights, an adjustable weight machine and enough room so multiple people can work out without being in each other’s way. We found the room which faces the parking lot to be very quiet and the staff to be very helpful. Look forward to returning to this hotel the next time in Frisco!"
