"This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good."

"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."

"This property is a newer hotel in an excellent Frisco location. Our room faced the back side of the hotel so we did not hear any traffic off of the DNT. There are a few restaurants and a H E B within walking distance. Lobby area was open and spacious with an on site restaurant. Our two queen room was clean and comfortable. The extra large walk in shower was very nice. There is an indoor pool and a fitness center but we did not get a chance to use. Large parking lot is well light. Overall, a nice and more importantly clean hotel."

"The hilton policy on incidentals is so strict they wouldnt let me stay there even though I already paid for the room in advance. My ID and Credit card are different names as me and my wife share a bank account. Had to cancel and go to the Hyatt across the street. They had no such problems. Its a BS rule, that clearly helps no one, Hilton lost money, I lost my time. Hyatt was the only one who won here."
