This is the first time I encountered a hotel where I needed to make bed sheets. Because there were no bed sheets and quilt covers when I checked in, we saw moldy mattresses, which affected our mood. The sofa bed was very bad. It was only about 1.6 meters long when I laid it down. The legs are still outside, and the front desk of the hotel does not go to work until 16 o'clock. Although it has been informed in the check-in notice, this is a manifestation of poor quality service. The experience of this stay was very bad, and I will not book again.

Very good location for couple of nights. Clean rooms. People at the desk very helpful. Good location close to the golf. Walking distance from the Club House. Lot of occupation around the Birdie House.

Very dirty accommodation we had 4 accommodations of different sizes we are the same traveling together for an event and the 4 accommodations were more or less dirty with the butt for our toilet bowl full of urine and excrement in the bowl a light which does not work and missing elements a shame only the frame is magnificent

Arrivés à 17h15 (remise des clés entre 17 et 19h d'après vos informations), nous avons eu le dernier studio, le I108. Un cauchemar : portes de placards cassées, vaisselle pourrie dans un lave vaisselle dont la porte ne se fermait pas, de l'eau croupie dans les casseroles dans le meuble sous l'évier, latte du clic clac cassée, radiateur de salle de bains qui ne fonctionnait pas, pomme de douche tellement recouverte de calcaire que seuls quelques filets d'eau sortaient ... Je suis allé, très en colère, voir le réceptionniste dimanche matin. Il était désolé, pas tellement surpris et a été très réactif. Il nous a envoyé une femme de ménage et l'agent d'entretien pour constater les dégâts. Ces deux derniers nous ont dit que ce studio était "pourri et ne devait plus être loué tant que des travaux de remise en état n'auront pas été effectués". Ils ont tous les trois été très réactifs puisque, à midi, nous pouvions changer de studio (le I110), propre et conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif quand nous avons fait notre réservation. Pour nous dédommager, ils nous ont offert le pack serviettes + draps. Je les remercie pour leur efficacité, leur réactivité, leur professionnalisme, nous n'avons rien à leur reprocher. Mais Vacancéole doit tout faire désormais pour que ce logement I108 soit remis en état rapidement et le retirer de la base de location en attendant.
