The view from the room is great, but the downstairs is a mess because the restaurant is full of people. In addition, the worst thing is parking. There is a reason why all the bad reviews are given. I don't know why the hotel doesn't manage it well and give priority to guests staying in the hotel. Parking depends on luck. We wandered around outside for half an hour before queuing up in the municipal parking lot. After parking, we came back and found that the hotel had a space again. When we came in front, there were many cars parked and blocked. I was speechless. If the parking problem is not solved and guests staying in the hotel are not given priority, I believe the hotel will get more and more bad reviews. In addition, the attitude of the front desk was also very bad, as if she owed money. The overall service was really average. It was for the view. The breakfast looked okay, but I was hungry.

The hotel has been renovated and is different from a few years ago. The changes are quite big. The room decoration is light luxury and smart, giving people a comfortable feeling. Standing by the window, the scenery is different during the day and at night. It is quite beautiful. I will continue to choose this hotel next time. The only drawback is that parking is not very convenient

The service staff is extremely unprofessional. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the front desk staff made a wrong call to the room's landline. It was really unreasonable and an extremely bad consumer experience.

The slippers were dirty, probably left by the previous guest, the hotel didn't change them, there were hairs in the cups, the hygiene was worrying. There were few parking spaces, the parking guy at the door had a bad attitude, and he was very arrogant. Later, the uncle was okay.

The room was clean and spacious, and the stay was very comfortable. You can see the river view from the window, and there were many fireworks at night during the Chinese New Year. Parking is indeed not very convenient, but we arrived early and there was a parking space downstairs. I am very satisfied with the environment and service. The only shortcoming may be that the elevator is too slow.
