節假日的房價比較貴，相對價格來説早餐太差，位置不錯，外出吃飯碼頭較近，老闆服務態度尚可，民宿有個可愛的小狗，拍照不錯。

無論環境、衞生、還是服務，都五分好評，老闆是北方人，典型北方人的豪爽好客，裝修風格也很有調調，是我這次十日行中最滿意的一家賓館！不知道之前的差評是怎麼評出來的，總之我們一家人特別特別滿意，如果有機會再來，還會選這家！祝老闆生意興隆！

房間一般，裝修層次不夠，感覺和這個價格有落差，連坐的地方都沒有，衹在陽台放了個懶人沙發。早餐阿姨下了麪條，比以前的白粥水煮蛋要好。

應該算是那裡看日出最好的房間了，就是衞生不是很滿意，地毯上有毛髮和灰塵，早餐比較簡單，小米粥和一些榨菜，雞蛋，小饅頭，酸奶，其他還是很滿意的
