"The hot spring was spacious and comfortable! However, the smell in the room was a bit off-putting."

Spa Land Hotel Naito
"It was so comfy and clean, it was my fault that i booked the smoke room i thought there’s no any other room available and im pregnant currently. Just a friendly reminder if somebody’s pregnant or hate the smell of smoke do not book it cus u can smell it inside too. But overall we had a nice stay. My room and my families room are separated they got the twin room but same floor. The view from my room is amazing and stunning! I would love to go back again. The staffs are very nice and approchable as well. And the sauna, i have no words to say but absolutely relaxing, they have a herb sauna, wine sauna, a swimming pool, salt area and outdoor area. I was really stunned and the temperature of heat is perfectly fine for a pregnant i guess cus its not summer yet. But don’t stay for too long i only stayed for 5 minutes each place cus its rly not good to stay for so long if you’re pregnant. I’m btw 28weeks so i think if ure pregnant u can still be at sauna. The place is also closed to all the restaurants and stores really a good location. Very quiet and peaceful place. Thank you so much for letting us stay and will definitely go back!"

Hotel Fuji
"Hotel facing Mount Fuji. Very large room with traditional Japanese bedding, night's sleep a little difficult because I'm not used to it. Otherwise very good hotel with possibility of traditional bathing very late in the evening. The dinner was royal with refined cuisine. Excellent breakfast. Bad luck the sky was overcast in the morning we didn't see Mount Fuji."
Fujinoya Yutei
"Cospa is bad, this price is difficult to visit again."
Hotel Route-Inn Court Kofu Isawa
"The location is central, the food is good, and the place is clean."
Hotel Hana Isawa
"A nice Onsen hotel with hotspring facilities in the building. Book this room as it was the few that was vacant. Rooms are limited on the Saturday. My room is on the 3rd floor and it is right next to the dining hall. We share the corridor is rather noisy till roughly 9pm. Only after dinner and cleaning up is done the noise settle down. If you are one that sleeps early, do book other floors and not this. Onsen is good with indoor and outdoor. My room is spacious and has a toilet. Toilet do not have showers, only a sink. Facilities and amenities are a little old, but still overall a clean place."
Hotel Yamanami
"It is a large inn in Ishiwa Onsen. The inside of the building is a large and beautiful inn. The room was a modern twin and comfortable room. I could see the snowy mountains of the Southern Alps from the room. The bath is a large communal bath, and there are also wine baths and open-air baths. The dinner restaurant is partitioned for each table. It was a standard course, but it was delicious and I had it with Yamanashi wine. For breakfast, only the weight of the side dishes was set in the seat, and rice and drinks were buffet style."
Meitei No Yado Hotel Koshien
"Although the location is far from the city, the environment is comfortable and beautiful. The room is much larger than expected, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and very caring about customers' needs and assistance. The food is rich and delicious. It is worth going again 👍"
Itoyanagi
"The hotel rooms are very modern and in good sanitary condition. The rooms are equipped with a massage hot spring bathtub, which makes it very convenient to take a bath in the room! The staff is very considerate, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the food tastes super good 😋😋 I stayed for two consecutive nights and the dinner was not repeated. It was exquisite and delicious. It was very comfortable to enjoy it in a separate room The breakfast has a wide variety of options. I initially thought it was a normal buffet breakfast, but there is a designated table assigned to the room, and the food tastes good and is carefully prepared. It is a very good buffet breakfast The public hot springs are well-equipped, and you can also book a private hot spring online. It is equipped with shower facilities, which is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a bath with friends! If I have a chance, I will definitely book this hotel next time I visit the Ishiwa Onsen area😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
Beautiful Japanese Garden Kagetsu
"The room is extremely spacious, and it even offers a view of the courtyard. The room is also very clean – I would definitely return to this hot spring hotel again! The breakfast and dinner, which are served in the style of Japanese kaiseki cuisine, are absolutely worth the price! Highly recommended!"
Chateraise Hotel Isawa
"Currently, this inn has been reborn as Chateraise Hotel Isawa. The facilities are a little old, but they are clean and the service is very good. 1. Welcome cake service is available If you check in before 5pm, you will be given a welcome cake service. When I visited, there was a wide variety of cakes to choose from. You can also have coffee and other drinks with your cake. 2. All-you-can-eat ice cream service From check-in until 10pm, you can eat as much Chateraise ice cream as you want. They have the same chocolate Bucky that is normally sold in stores. You can also purchase Chateraise products as souvenirs. The outlet Baumkuchen was 800 yen. Most of the staff are very friendly and will greet you if you meet them in the hallway. There was a wide variety at the breakfast buffet. It's close to Isawa Station, so I think I'd like to use it again. The only negative point is that there is no auto-lock. That was a bit inconvenient."
Tetsu No YA Guesthouse for Railfans
"It’s different from what I imagined. There is no private bathroom, you have to queue up to take a shower, and the toilet is outside, but there is no such explanation on the reservation🥲"
Hotel Kakyo
"This is an inn in Isawa Onsen, located just across Fuefuki Bridge. The rooms are spacious, about 12 tatami mats, and there is a comfortable sofa chair on the veranda. The hot springs are alternated between men and women, but they only do so at night, so I have only used one of the baths so far. The open-air bath is large enough for a few people. We ate at the restaurant. The rice was cooked in a kettle, and all the dishes were set out except for the soup and dessert. The flame underneath the bowl was kept lit so that the tempura wouldn't get cold. There was a wide selection of dishes, and I couldn't finish all of the cooked rice. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant. We stayed on a Saturday, but the price wasn't expensive, so it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the hot springs and the food."
Hotel Hatta
"Hotel Yata (HOTEL YATA), Isawa Onsen, Yamanashi Prefecture - A two-day, one-night New Year's holiday! ~5-point rating~ Bad ⇒ Average ⇒ Good ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ 🔻 [First Appearance] ③ The hotel has a large entrance that reminds me of a hotel from the Showa era's bubble economy! 🔻 [Staff Response] ③ They came over as soon as I arrived by car, politely helped me unload my luggage from the car, and escorted me to the lobby. 🔻 [Lobby] ③ There was a small lobby directly in front of me upon entering, and it felt a little crowded. A friendly woman at reception kindly assisted me. An attendant guided me to my room while carrying my luggage. There was a pond with many beautiful Nishikigoi carp swimming around, and they sold food so I could feed them♪ 🔻 [Barrier-Free Access] ③ It was mostly accessible, but there were some small steps here and there. 🔻 [Room] ③ A very spacious and beautiful Japanese-style room with an outstanding sense of openness. 🔻 [View from the Room] ② Mountains in the distance, with only the peak of Mt. Fuji visible. The rest was the cityscape. 🔻 [Hot Springs] ④ There were two baths: a wine bath and a small private bath on a higher floor where you could soak while enjoying the view. The water was quite warm, and soaking in the fragrant reddish-purple tub was a very satisfying way to soothe my fatigue. The open-air bath was also very pleasant♪ 🔻 [Food (Dinner)] ④ We had dinner in a private room. This was the last meal of the year♪ Each dish was very stylish. There was a wide selection, including Koshu beef and crab, and they were all delicious. 🔻 [Hotel Shop] ③ The shop was small and mainly stocked local specialties and items related to Takeda Shingen. Being in Yamanashi Prefecture, there was a wide selection of Shine Muscat processed products. 🔻 [Cooking scene (breakfast)] ③ Since we visited during the New Year holidays, the breakfast scene was different from usual, with New Year's dishes that were a delight to the eyes♪ 🔻 [Seeing off on the way home] ③ We paid in the lobby, and the attendant carried our luggage to our car. Then, we had our photo taken at the entrance♪ Overall score: 3 🎉"
Kur and Hotel Isawa
"The rooms are a little small, but enough for sleeping 👌 The food at the restaurant tends to be quite strong 💦 The baths are great for families with children, and there's even a mini pool, so I think it's a good value accommodation ♨🍺"
