因為是錯峯出行，所以人少整體體驗感非常棒 本次是帶2歲小朋友的整體體驗分享，有帶娃的家庭可以參考。 設施：推薦自帶泳衣、游泳圈，全家人在房間換好裹着浴袍下來玩最方便（有小朋友浴袍），1樓有室內和室外的温泉泳池、也有小童專門的戲水泳池（水很淺，剛沒過寶寶的腿），出水提供有浴巾，把寶寶裹起來抱回房間洗漱很方便，收拾完再去2樓的小童樂園玩也很方便。 環境：每個環節的服務都很周到熱情，體驗感很棒 不足: 小童樂園的沙池推車都壞了，沒有及時更換，汗蒸房的一個噴水龍頭歪了，大部分的水都噴不到石頭上，導致温度上升很慢，温泉洗浴的洗髮水、沐浴露和護髮素質量不好，洗髮水不起沫

春節帶着家人出行，本來還擔心高速堵車會影響心情，可一到酒店，所有疲憊瞬間煙消雲散。孩子對這裏的温泉和淘氣堡一直念念不忘，心心念念念叨了好久，這次就算高速堵車也執意要再來。 整體體驗依舊一如既往地好，完全沒有讓人失望。服務人員態度熱情周到、笑容親切，不管有什麼需求都積極響應、有求必應，讓人感覺特別暖心。前台工作人員效率超高，辦事利落高效，同時處理多項事務也有條不紊，入住退房都非常順暢。 酒店餐廳的泡饃味道正宗，湯濃味足、口感地道，吃得特別滿足。環境舒適、氛圍温馨，非常適合親子度假、全家放鬆。 性價比高、體驗感滿分，絕對是會無限回購、反覆打卡的寶藏酒店，下次泡温泉肯定還選這裏！

私湯的確很大，室內空間也很寬敞，但是一樓的空調噪音有點大，還有樓上樓下兩個衞生間在入住的一天裏一直是處於不下水的狀態，就是洗一次澡堵一次，讓服務員清理了兩次，最後也沒好。遊樂場挺大的，孩子很喜歡，而且衞生不錯，和孩子玩了很久，自己的白襪子竟然沒有很黑🤣。酒店的自助餐小吃很多，米線好吃，但是餐廳裏不知道是不是沒開暖氣，坐着挺冷的。整個酒店服務員的態度都很好，後面還因為，下水道堵的問題十分抱歉，送來小禮物。
