"First, when we first arrived at the hotel front desk, there was a receptionist answering the phone, and no one else came to check us in. I was just directed to the front desk by the concierge, and we stood and waited. The front desk didn't even say to us, "Wait a minute." I suspected that I came to the wrong place. Later, I saw a woman in the lobby, wearing work clothes. I asked her if I could check in, and she stopped the front desk who was on the phone and checked us in. Then, after we got to the room, we habitually checked the various conditions of the room. There were four or five tiny hairs on the pillow, hair and dust on the floor in the corner of the room, obvious water stains on the sofa, and stains under the wall of the TV. People who drove all day were really tired and just wanted to have a good rest. After notifying the front desk, the front desk just heard that there was hair on the bed, and then asked the big sister who cleaned the room to change the sheets and bedding. There was no feeling of apology in her tone, and she didn't even apologize, but this big sister was very good, spoke very politely, kept apologizing, and explained to us. I said I didn't want to wait, I just wanted to rest quickly. The big sister took us to the next room, and we checked the room normally, and we stayed there without any problems.
