The biggest highlight was definitely opening the window and seeing Mount Fuji right in front of us, which was pure bliss. However, having to go outside the room to use the bathroom was really cold. The stairs were also very steep, making it difficult to carry luggage, and the safety measures definitely need improvement.

The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the bathing facilities are great. Free parking is available. Waking up early, I even got to see Mount Fuji. Check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite and provided detailed information. I would recommend this to friends.

I stayed here for a night. Room with mount fuji view. You can leave your luggage for free at the reception if you reach Kawaguchiko early. Shared bathroom but toilet available in the room. Afforadable room price for a short Fuji trip. 10min away from Kawaguchiko Station. Pictures captured from my window’s room. The view was so magnificent and breathtaking that the cables were just a minor detail.

Everything was good. It was a bit chilly already in October, and the AC with heating didn't quite cut it since we were sleeping on the floor. But there was a lot of space. The balcony area was especially great. We escaped the cold in the sauna!

This is my second time staying here. Everything is good, but there's no elevator, and the shower is a bit far. However, I love it because I can see Mount Fuji.
