Great location right by Lake Kawaguchiko, super easy to get to on the red line for ¥250. The accommodation was clean and convenient, with complimentary snacks and free drinking water. They have both indoor and outdoor onsen, which we really made the most of when it snowed during our visit. Dinner and breakfast were also included, making it excellent value for money. Overall, I really loved it!

First time stay . Thought it come with the private outdoor bath but realize the official website and 3rd party booking us different ,so slightly get disappointed. Overall stay is good with shuttle bus to pick up during arrival and checkout but do take note upon requesting it booking only. The lobby will have snacks and welcome drink which allow u free to take. Room is spacious and clean. The dinner was great who prefer simple and varieties japanese food. The location so far is good is about 15-20min walking distance to kawaguchiko station

Chill trip, location of hotel is excellent, red line bus stop is just outside the hotel. Also provides complimentary shuttle pick up from kawaguchiko station. Go to tourist info centre and request. Open air onsen operates till 12 mid night. Staff are very courteous and friendly too.

We booked a room with a private open-air onsen. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that this room was not available. The alternative room shown to us was in poor condition and not comparable to what we booked, so we declined it and did not stay. Despite not using any service, no refund was offered. Be careful when booking – the room type you reserve may not actually be available.

Excellent amenities including Onsen and also shuttle to train station

The hotel was awesome. We missed a bus to Kawaguchiko and called the hotel to ask if we could check in after 7 pm, and they had no problems with it, which we're really grateful for. The room was big and had a great view of lake Kawaguchi. We also extremely enjoyed onsen, it was a relaxing experience after a long day of walking. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks and drinks and a coffee machine that you can use for free.

Considered good for the value as the package come with buffet style breakfast and dinner plus additional service like onsen, free float liquid for dinner, complimentary coffee, drinks, snack, free shuttle bus and library for selected time. Easy to get there by using red line bus just a very short distance of walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English. The only con is the building very old, a bit run down, it's time for them to consider refurbishment, but overall it is clean.

Nice place but it’s easier to access if you drives. You can call the hotel to arrange shuttle bus pick up. They provide snacks at their lobby during check in hours.

Great stay, provided service for pick up to and fro hotel. Staff can communicate well in English for tourist visitors. Hotel room is comfy with a lake view and the tatami was really good that both my husband and I had a good rest. Free flow of snacks at the concierge area. Amenities such as the onsen is available at certain timing and was great. The buffet dinner provided both local and international food as well as free flow of alcoholic drinks (sake, beer, whisky). Overall it was really a satisfying stay.

While there's no direct Mount Fuji view from the hotel, you can see its stunning beauty just a short walk outside. The hotel service was also excellent.

Excellent! Lake Kawaguchiko was right outside our window, and Mount Fuji was just a short walk away. The service was wonderful, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was a truly comfortable and relaxing stay, making for a perfect trip.
