With plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel and close to the supermarket “Ogino”. Shuttle bus to different attractions are also available. A great place to stay!

“A Wonderful Stay with a Warm Welcome!” From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and excellent service truly stood out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience!

I like this hotel—it offers free parking spaces, paid laundry and dryer services, and a free healthy breakfast, making it very suitable for people driving themselves to travel around Lake Kawaguchi.

Building B seemed newly renovated, everything looked new. Room was clean and tidy. If TV can be hanged on the wall, not on the table it will be perfect.

Location: Fortunately, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests from Kawaguchiko station otherwise it’s quite far to walk from Kawaguchiko station. Attractions: Hotel’s complimentary shuttle service runs several trips a day to and from Kawaguchiko station. One then takes any of the sightseeing buses to and from Kawaguchiko station. There’s also a bus stop along the main road outside the hotel to take the sightseeing buses. I purchased a 2-days Hakone Freepass which comes with unlimited use of these sightseeing buses and complimentary and/or discounted entry to attractions within Fujikawaguchiko. Service: Hotel has rock bath onsen (payable) but wasn’t able to utilise it due to lack of time. Hotel also provides complimentary bus services (must book in advance and based on availability) to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Booked this bus service to JR Gotemba station to head to JR Odawara station to proceed to Hakone.

Very convenient location, nearby the bus station, walking 2 min reach the hotel. Room very clean. Extra tat still has shuttle bus to train station Kawaguchiko.

Our 2nd time staying here! Great location which is very near to Lawson and halal eatery nearby. Free shuttle provided from hotel to train station & vice versa. Bonus this time, got the room with Mt Fuji view! Definitely will be coming back here in near future! Keep up the good service 🤗

Luggage lockers available, easy to get to from station. Staff just expect you to get on with things and not so helpful but that’s not an issue as everything is pretty self explanatory. Would stay again.

Near the red line bus to go around. near the Kawaguchiko lake. Clean comfortable room. Free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station, every 20 minutes during peak hours. just check bus stop number 10 for the hotel shuttle bus.

Clean hotel with good breakfast and value for money. Importantly, the hotel provides hotel ferry service to the train station regularly.

Good service form staff at check in couter. Room is a little small but good amenities.

Bare necessities are provided. Comes with free breakfast which is nice.
