Beautiful Mt. Fuji view, great onsen, excellent service, and convenient car parking. Highly recommended.

Good view of Mt.Fuji san! Have to call to hotel for shuttle bus to hotel from station. It is available at 15.00-17.00 pm

Hotel sells some souvenirs at its lobby, which is quite interesting. The room is a little run down because my room already had some broken stuff when I checked in. Amenities are rather standard, though there was an ‘onsen fee’ of ¥150 per night per guest that I had to pay. View from room is amazing though. Mount Fuji sitting on top of a forest. Talk about waking up with a view! Carpark had enough lots, though I was surprised when it was full on one night as late January should be a off-peak season. There’s also a few huge stores such as supermarket nearby, which is great for budget meals! (It too has a nice view of Mount Fuji)

The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the room, we paid for. The front desk is terrible. They do not provide the friendly and polite japanese customer service. They are rude and not friendly. Another stupid thing, either you book the breakfast the night before, or you do not have breakfast. The other stupid thing is that from 23:00 to 6:00 am the hotel is locked and closed so you aren’t able to enter neither get out. Remember during the summer time at 4:30 is totally day light. Rooms are old, not fully maintained and several thing were broken in our room. I do not recommend it
