I think its good but definitely could be better. The people noise is kinda a lot. And having the bags far from the bed is tricky

The service was great. Since we had just come down from Mount Fuji late at night, an elderly gentleman checked us in. He didn't speak English, so he patiently used a translator to explain every important detail.

This is my second time staying at this hostel, and it's truly the best one I've ever stayed at in Japan! It's quite spacious overall, very clean, and the location is fantastic, right next to the station. Highly recommended!

Pretty good, very clean, and the check-in process wasn't complicated. The front desk staff spoke English.

Compared to the extremely high room rates near Fujisan Station or Kawaguchiko Station, this hotel offers a relatively great location at a more affordable rate within the Fuji area. If you're planning to visit Fuji-Q Highland, this would be your best choice.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, but I'm not sure why there was a strange smell in the bathroom. The curtains let in a fair bit of light, too. Other than that, everything was fine. I found it quite comfortable, but for this price, I could have stayed closer to Fujiyoshida Station.

Extremely clean, excellent service, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log.

Love this capsule hotel clean and good

This hotel is more geared towards self-service; you have to input your information on a tablet during check-in. The bathroom and beds were clean, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. Everyone was polite, so it wasn't particularly noisy. The Fujikyu train station and bus stop are just a short walk away.

got bored with tokyo in a long trip decided to go up yamanashi for a few days took a night of rest in this place since it was already late & no more buses to where im going place is amazing for a quick and worry free night, but do pay attention that all guests will have to leave the capsule during 1000-1500, if i remember correctly, even if you stay for two nights capsules are clean, ventilated, decently-sound-isolated, with nice power options to charge up your stuff went to 3 capsules in my trip and i believe this is also the biggest capsule among the three also literally right next to fuji-q, didnt plan to go to fuji-q originally but it was so close that i decided to spend a morning in it, pretty nice would recommend as: - a station in fujiyoshida for further trips into yamanashi - a fuji-q hotel alternative - a fairly priced capsule with good essentials
