Nice hotel, can see Mt Fuji just at the room window, great view. Can also see Mt Fuji when you go for onsen from the hotel.

The room is a comfortable size and offers a lovely view of Mount Fuji from the corner. It is clean and well equipped, with individual air-conditioning in the room. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel also has onsen facilities, including separate male and female as well as private onsen. Parking is available, located a short distance from the hotel.

This is a great onsen hotel right by the lake. You can see Mount Fuji directly from the breakfast restaurant, and the staff are very warm and attentive, patiently answering guests' questions. The hot springs are also excellent!

Location is good. Remember to stay in a room with view to the Fuji Mt and the Lake. Early morning you will see the nice view in front of your room window. Cleanliness is ok. Breakfast don’t have too much choice but have the is ok, acceptable.

This hotel might be the best value for money by the lake. It's directly facing Lake Kawaguchiko, and Mount Fuji is right to the left, so you can enjoy beautiful views without even leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and the hotel service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Extremely mediocre, nothing good about it except for the nice view outside. The room was small, there was no service, and the food was unappetizing with no variety. There were also tour groups. I don't recommend it, especially since the bathroom was tiny and unclean. It's the worst onsen hotel I've stayed at in Japan.
