Very friendly people who always wanted to help you out,they showed me were the vending machine was and they gave me a charger. The hotel was clean and tidy.

It was an old-fashioned hotel. Although the facilities were generally old, it was clean and comfortable. There was Wi-Fi, but the connection speed was such that I could send SNS messages but not watch videos. I could see Mt. Fuji clearly from the hotel room, as in the photo. The staff were nice. As for amenities, toothbrushes were available for pick-up, and yukatas were also available for rental. I left the next day at 3am to climb Mt. Fuji, but since it was outside the check-out time, I put my key in the locker at the front desk and checked out. Also, the front desk is only open until 1am, so I left my luggage the previous day before going to bed and picked it up after I finished climbing.

Accommodation size appropriate for the country of Japan. The service and friendliness of the staff are the best. I stayed one night to climb Mt. Fuji and the location was great.

The location is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the station. There is a big shopping mall 10 minutes walk away. The super huge supermarket inside is even bigger than other so-called supermarkets. There are many more food choices than other supermarkets. There is nothing to say about the hotel itself. It is relatively simple but there is nothing wrong. I don't think there is anything to complain about for a low-cost hotel. The only small problem is the five-layer microwave. It may be that it has heated too many things for too long without ventilation, and the smell is very strong.

The room is spacious and the staff are smiling. The school is close to the BTS, bus and mall, convenient to travel to various places.

It is very close to JR, and is within walking distance of the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center, ****, etc. It is suitable for friends who come for a short trip.

The facilities are old, but we had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt.Fuji due to the weather, so I would like to come back for sightseeing and stay here again. The Fujinomiya yakisoba set I ordered from room service was delicious and I'm glad I chose it. It seems that there is only one person at the front desk, and the wifi seems to be turned off from midnight to early morning. If you don't like old things, it's a quiet and relaxing hotel. It was a smoking room, so there was a slight smell of cigarettes, but I was born in the Showa era and was trained, so it's totally okay (laughs).

This hotel is a very simple hotel. They take care of customers' bags without complaining. Even if the key falls off, they smile and say it's okay.

First of all, the hotel is old and dirty. It is still in use with Showa-era equipment without any renovations. The bathroom was full of mold, and even the shower head was still from the Showa era, so it was dirty and covered in limescale. Even the room cleaning that was done every day was inadequate and I was left with a worn-out futon with stains and holes, which was unpleasant. There wasn't even a bed mat, so I was forced to sleep on a hard bed and my lower back hurt, which was really bad! Wi-Fi is too slow to be of any use. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room, but for some reason it smelled like cigarettes. I thought it made no sense that there wasn't even hand soap on tap. Anime Tea didn't have anything that women wanted, such as hair ties, face wash, makeup remover, etc., so I thought it was a hotel that was not friendly to women. I had no choice but to go to a store a little far away to buy various anime teas, so it was a hassle and a loss. Every time I went out, I left my keys with me and was asked when I would be returning, making me feel like I was being held in a bind and it was unpleasant. The worst thing is the front desk response. Especially middle-aged men who look like bosses. It was dark and there were no smiles, which was the worst! I wanted to have a good trip, so I thought it would be nice if we could interact with each other cheerfully, but it's really too dark! He speaks in a mumbled manner, his voice is low, and he doesn't smile and is gloomy. I can't even say hello in a cheerful manner. They didn't say anything to welcome me. This was the point that really hit me. Just being in this hotel makes me feel sad. I felt like the fun mood of the trip was ruined. So everything was so bad that I tried to leave as late as possible because I didn't want to use this place. I can't see any effort being made to keep it clean, such as replacing even the smallest parts with new parts. In fact, the hotel is just being too stingy and causing a burden and discomfort to its guests. I will probably never use this hotel again unless it is completely renovated, staff replaced, and brightened up like the two hotels next door. I really don't recommend it. Even if it's a little more expensive, you'll be more satisfied and feel like you had the best trip if you stay at the hotel next door. I'll say it again. I really don't recommend this hotel. It will ruin the mood of a fun trip.
