The hotel is nice, close to the train station, well-equipped with shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly.

The customer service communication was businesslike. Personally, I would have preferred a friendlier attitude, except during busy check-in times. What's particularly noteworthy is the delicious breakfast. I wasn't expecting it, so I was pleasantly surprised. Of course, I don't think everything is homemade, but the quality and taste of the ingredients, or the suppliers, must have been excellent. I honestly thought it was delicious. For the breakfast set, in addition to the set meal, you can also have seaweed (seaweed is not available) and natto, and curry. For 900 yen, this is a great deal. Much tastier than the breakfast at a beef bowl restaurant. I recommend it. I will definitely use it again. Thank you 😊

The accommodation was okay, the room was a bit small, but it was close to the subway station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great, a hotel I often stay at, economical and suitable for couples.

This is my second time staying here since I was able to spend the time there normally last time. The bath water temperature was low, which was tough during the cold season. The water flow was good. There are not many amenities, so I recommend buying some if you are not satisfied with them. I was given one tea bag of each type, which is within the bounds of common sense and should be free to take, but I was curious about the reaction of the front desk. I thought it was good that there was an Enoshima guidebook in Thai.

Very good. I was originally asked to check out before 10 o'clock, but due to special reasons, I had to check out at 11:30. The hotel understood my needs and handled the relevant procedures, extending the check-out time to 12 o'clock. It is very humane and worthy of praise.

It's very close to the station and there's free coffee, which is nice.
