"Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)"

"The hotel's location is fantastic! The bus station is right across the street, and taxi and shuttle bus stops are nearby. It only costs one yuan to get to the government hospital, which is very convenient. Shopping malls and food streets are just a few minutes' walk away. The room has air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, which is very convenient. The facilities are new, and the environment is quiet and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the cleaning is impeccable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended! The room is clean and the environment is very pleasant. The washing machine is practical, the lighting is good, the projector is clear, the internet speed is fast, and the refrigerator is convenient. The front desk service is excellent; they proactively brought my luggage to the room, and the housekeeping staff keeps everything tidy every day. I felt very comfortable staying there! I'll definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is located right at the entrance of the Tianchi Scenic Area, offering a prime location. The hotel's facilities are excellent, featuring all solid wood furnishings and rooms equipped with refrigerators. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel itself is incredibly vast. The restaurant is also noteworthy, with a rich and delicious variety of dishes, covering both northern and southern flavors, catering perfectly to guests' needs. However, all of these positive aspects pale in comparison to the beautiful, gentle, and incredibly hospitable young ladies at the front desk. As an old Beijing gentleman, my drone wasn't registered in Beijing, meaning I couldn't bring it back home. I asked one of these ladies if they could help me arrange for it to be couriered back to Wenzhou. The ladies immediately sprang into action, contacted the courier service, and had everything sorted out within five minutes. I was deeply touched. Not only are these young ladies beautiful, but their service is also incredibly professional, genuine, and warm. They left an unforgettable impression."

"We booked a twin room, and the bedding was frequently changed and the room was clean. Our stay was quite pleasant. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. When my friend and I took a taxi to the wrong place and couldn't find the hotel, the owners came to pick us up and invited us to have tea, chat, and eat dried apricots. There's a coffee machine on the first floor where you can grind your own coffee, but we didn't have time to try it this time. Maybe we'll try it next time. What we liked most was the guesthouse's courtyard; it was decorated with a very homey atmosphere, where we could swing and sunbathe with friends."

"It's across the road from the highway exit, very convenient! It's very close to Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area, and it only takes 20 minutes to drive there. The breakfast is very average, just eat something. The room is large, and the facilities are a bit old. The carpet is obviously dirty, and the curtain in the bathroom is moldy, but these do not affect the overall stay experience at all! The hotel environment is good, and there is no noise at night and in the morning; the two ladies at the front desk are warm and friendly to check in, and there are plenty of parking spaces downstairs."

"The staff was very helpful and the location is good for people who want to make it to the scenic area early morning. We found that the toilet was not clean under the toilet seat. Even though the staff helped spray insect repellent upon request, we still found a housefly and some mosquitoes. It was manageable but some parts of the building seem very old and needing repairs. Still worth the cost as the bed was comfortable and washroom was easy to use with all the amenities present. Tip: You may want to skip the hotel breakfast as it starts at 9AM while the scenic area opens at 8AM, at which time the scenic are is least crowded and have best views to offer."
